Brief Property History:

MAIN STREET GATEWAY PROPERTY

This property located at 10328 Main Street was developed by the Tomlinson Family in 1968.  Paul and Reda Vander Hoek purchased this property in 1971. International House of Pancakes, 7-11, and Scan Design Furniture were the original tenants. The house located at 22-103rd Avenue NE housed the Gail Chase Art Gallery until 1986, at which time it was converted to the Fountain Court Restaurant.

In 1999, Vander Hoek Corporation purchased the Unocal gas station property located at #5 Bellevue Way NE.  Tom’s Automotive repair shop occupied that building until 2003 when Rudy’s Barbershop moved in.
