Brief Property History:

PARMAC 200 PROPERTY

Originally a vacant lot as part of the Parmac 100 property, this property was Vander Hoek Corporation's 2nd development and was completed in 1997. Constructed with the flexibility to accommodate two floors of office, warehouse or manufacturing space, Parmac 200 is currently used as warehouse and office space with full building height for high-rack storage.

Built by Howard S. Wright Construction Company, the 20,000 square foot, tilt-up concrete wall building was first occupied by Pacific Construction Systems and Marconi Medical Supplies.
