Brief Property History:
PARMAC 200 PROPERTY
In 1997, Parmac 200 was developed by Vander Hoek Corporation on the vacant land on the south end of the Parmac 100 parcel.
Built by Howard S. Wright Construction Company, the 20,000 square foot, tilt-up concrete wall building was first occupied by Pacific Construction Systems and Marconi Medical Supplies.
