Brief Property History:
PARMAC 300 PROPERTY
Vander Hoek Corporation purchased this building in the late 1980s from the Durkin Family. Eastside Glass & Sealants was occupying the building at the time. Shortly after the purchase, Eastside Glass moved to the Parmac 100 building and Weathervane Window Co. moved into Parmac 300. In the mid 1990s, Weathervane vacated and the building was rented to Alaska Distributing and then Gai's Northwest Bakeries, the current tenant.
