Vander Hoek Corporation is an independent family owned Property Management and Development company specializing in retail, office, warehouse and residential rental properties in Bellevue and Kirkland, Washington.

Founded in the early 1940s and incorporated in 1988, the Vander Hoek Corporation's history spans three generations. Please check out our Family History page for details of our origins and history.

Since our incorporation, we have grown through property acquisition and development. Our first major development project was Parmac 200 in Kirkland, Washington, followed by Courtyard Off Main in Bellevue, Washington; and we are currently designing a new mixed-use property in Bellevue, Washington to be called Main Place.
